7 D’Olier Street, Dublin 2.

This involved the complete refurbishment of a 6 story office and retail building on D’Olier street in a conservation area. The project included the following:

• Removing partitions and walls for new layouts
• Removing asbestos pumps and large oil tanks from the basement
• Resealing, refurbishing and reglazing all the sash timber windows
• Damp proofing the affected areas of the basement
• New heating and toilets
• New electrical installation – including fire alarm and emergency lighting. Also fitting smoke vent to roof
• Extensive fire proofing of walls, ceilings and internal doors where required
• Repairs to roof finishes and valleys
• Full decoration, tiling and carpets throughout
• New granite surround and timber shopfront
